By using AgentFactory ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
AgentFactory provides AI-powered personal assistant services accessible via Telegram and WhatsApp. The Service includes a personal AI agent running in an isolated container, connected to your messaging accounts.
You agree not to use the Service for: illegal activities, generating harmful content, spamming or harassment, attempting to breach container isolation, or reselling access to the Service without permission.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $9.99/month after a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via the billing portal. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or harmful outputs. You should verify important information independently. AgentFactory is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal or by contacting support.
