AgentFactory ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered personal assistant service.
We collect information you provide directly, including: account registration details (email, name), payment information processed via Stripe, and the content of your conversations with your AI agent. We also collect usage metrics and device information for service improvement.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the service, process payments, communicate about your account, improve our AI models, and protect against fraud and abuse.
Your conversations are processed by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic). Each tenant's agent runs in an isolated container. We do not sell your personal data or conversations to third parties.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
